Privacy Policy

This site (rewiretoraise.com) is operated by Mfasys LLC, a Utah limited liability company ("Mfasys," "we," "us," "our"), an independent partner that facilitates access to the Rewire to Raise program. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, and the choices you have.

We collect only what we need to run the site and respond to you:

• Contact form submissions. Name, email address, optional subject line, and the message you send us.
• Email correspondence. Any emails you send to us, and our replies. Messages sent to mfasys@rewiretoraise.com are received in a private admin inbox that only the site owner can access.
• Quiz responses. If you use the on-site quiz, your answers may be stored to personalize follow-up content.
• Account data (admin only). Email and hashed password for the private admin account. No public user accounts are offered.
• Technical data. Basic request logs (IP address, browser type, timestamps, referring page) generated automatically by our hosting infrastructure for security, abuse prevention, and reliability.

We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13, and this site is not directed to children.

• To reply to your questions and provide the information you request.
• To send transactional emails (such as a reply to your contact message or an unsubscribe confirmation).
• To operate, secure, and improve the site.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your contact information for third-party advertising. We do not add you to marketing lists without your explicit consent.

Where GDPR applies, we process personal data on the following legal bases: your consent (for optional communications), performance of a contract or pre-contract steps (to respond to your inquiry), and our legitimate interests (site security, fraud prevention, and improving our services), balanced against your rights.

We share information only with service providers that help us operate the site, and only to the extent necessary. These "subprocessors" are contractually obligated to protect your data:

• Hosting, database, and authentication infrastructure (backend platform).
• Transactional email delivery (for replies and system notifications).
• AI provider used to power certain interactive features (see the AI Disclosure page).

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transfer. We do not share your content with advertisers or data brokers.

We keep contact messages and email correspondence for as long as reasonably needed to respond and maintain a record of our communications, then delete or anonymize them. You may request earlier deletion at any time (see "Your rights" below). Backups and logs are rotated on a routine schedule.

Depending on where you live (including under GDPR and the CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate information.
• Delete your information ("right to be forgotten").
• Object to or restrict certain processing.
• Withdraw consent at any time.
• Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), encrypted storage of credentials, row-level access controls on our database, and restricted admin access. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a breach that affects your personal data, we will notify you as required by law.

Please do not send us sensitive information (such as medical records, financial account numbers, or government IDs) through the contact form.

We use only cookies and local storage that are strictly necessary for the site to function (for example, keeping an admin logged in). If we add analytics or marketing cookies in the future, we will update this policy and, where required, request your consent.

Our service providers may process data in countries other than your own, including the United States. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) for such transfers.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be highlighted on the site.
