AI Disclosure
Last updated: July 8, 2026
Why this page exists
We believe you should know when you are interacting with, or benefiting from, artificial intelligence. This page discloses how AI is used on rewiretoraise.com, what it does not do, and how we work to prevent misleading claims (sometimes called "AI washing"). It is written to align with U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidance on truthful AI marketing and with transparency principles under the EU AI Act.
This website was built with the help of AI
Portions of this website — including UI code, layout, and copy drafts — were created and refined using AI-assisted development tools. All content is reviewed and approved by a human (the site owner) before publication. The educational framework, program descriptions, and personal statements represent the site owner's own views and are not AI-generated opinions presented as human expertise.
Where AI may be used in features you interact with
- Interactive quiz / guidance features. Some interactive features may use a large language model to personalize follow-up suggestions based on your answers. Any AI output is educational, not diagnostic.
- Admin reply drafting (internal). The site owner may use AI tools to help draft or edit replies to your messages. A human reads, edits, and sends every reply.
- Content generation (internal). AI may assist with writing marketing copy, blog drafts, or image concepts. A human reviews all published material.
If we introduce a feature that generates real-time AI conversations with visitors, we will clearly label it as AI-powered before you use it.
What our AI features do NOT do
- They do not diagnose, treat, or provide therapy for any mental or physical condition.
- They do not replace a licensed therapist, physician, or crisis service.
- They do not make decisions with legal or financial effect for you.
- They do not use your data to train third-party AI models (see below).
- They are not sentient, do not "understand" your situation, and may produce inaccurate or biased output.
Limitations of AI output
AI systems can produce information that is inaccurate, out-of-date, incomplete, biased, or invented ("hallucinated"). Always use your own judgment, verify important information with a qualified professional, and never rely on AI-generated content for medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or safety decisions.
Data sent to AI providers
When you use an AI-powered feature, the text you submit for that feature (for example, a quiz answer) may be sent to a third-party AI provider through our backend so a response can be generated. We only send the minimum data needed for the feature to work, and we do not send your email address, name, or other directly identifying information to the AI provider unless you explicitly include it in your submission.
We use AI providers that contractually commit not to use your inputs or outputs to train their models. We do not sell your data to any AI vendor.
No misleading AI claims (anti-"AI washing")
We will not:
- Describe a feature as "AI-powered" when it is not.
- Claim scientific validation, clinical accuracy, or guaranteed outcomes for AI features.
- Present an AI-generated persona as a real human expert.
- Use AI-generated testimonials, endorsements, or before/after stories.
- Exaggerate what our AI features can do beyond what you would experience in normal use.
Your choices
- You can use the standard contact form (which does not involve AI generation on your input) instead of any AI feature.
- You can ask us to delete any AI-processed submission you made by emailing us.
- You can opt out of future optional AI features when they are introduced.
Questions or concerns
